主题：2008年首次看房（1月12日）

上图片，后补充图片介绍，有一些消息：
1、物管费明确花园洋房为0.6元/平方；
2、自来水已经搞定，由房开自行建设的主管道；
3、过年后B1、B3等花园洋房交房；
4、无障碍通道没有了；

一进门的景观，来了几次都是这个样子，估计以后就是这个款式，没有什么变化了。

地下停车场入口，远处是黔江厂宿舍，墙上已经抹水泥了。

这里去B3、B4，十里江南和江南苑的围墙已经拆除了。

江南苑和十里江南没有遮挡了，江南苑这家封了生活阳台，入户花园也用玻璃封了。

B3和B4之间的车道已经种上树了，虽然绿化是个好事情，但是树离房子比较近，以后如果树长大了，会不会影响住户视觉？

这里是江南苑，除了有一点落差，看起来像是同一个楼盘。

B5栋门前的水渠，一楼有工人在擦玻璃。

左边江南苑搭起了小桥，难道要通向十里江南？

B4和B5之间的景观进度比较快，一边种树一边修景观，水渠要修进去了，B4和B5之间的距离比B1和B3之间大2米左右。

走进一看，果然这里很轻松就可以走到江南苑，就是说江南苑和十里江南之间没有阻挡了。据说是因为业主反映围墙遮挡光线，真实原因不知道了。

据说B4、B5栋的一楼前花园合同上就是这么大，比起B1、B3来说小太多了。




电信的管道已经进入了，看来以后使用的是中国电信的电话和宽带。

B7、B8电梯房早已封顶，现在外装饰已经完成，透过B4、B5可以看到B7、B8。

这个走廊对面是江南苑，以后估计江南苑也可以过来使用。这里是B5栋的前面。

来到B1、B3，这里是B3的1单元，房开商在每家一楼的前花园里面已经种上树了，看起来B3栋的树比B1栋茂盛一些。

这个是B1栋的一楼前花园，树是不是比B3栋小一些。

这个既是景观又是地下停车场的通风口，这里装上了不锈钢栏杆，就不用担心小孩子掉下去了。

一个接一个的门洞、亭子、长廊和水渠，景观是相当的多。

我家的树，比较小。

后花园，对面的墙已经敷上水泥了。

这里下去是B2栋电梯房，如果对面黔江厂一侧都是种上这些大树，看起来就生气十足了。

原来以为这里是修地下停车场，结果是猜对一半——其实是地下停车场的入口。





这里是B1和B2的交接，以后将会怎么处理呢？从B1栋的后面可以走通B2栋吗？

顶楼的尖尖屋顶，装修起来要费点心思了。

准备走了，去看看地下停车场，听说很大，这里是入口。

果然不小，右面是地下二层的入口。

换个角度看，果然很大，据说车位和房子几乎达到1：1的比例。




好象是地下二层的出口（或者是入口？），太黑了，不进去了，2008年第一次看房结束。
